Summer is here but our
hopes for a clear improvement in the economy have not materialized yet. In
spite of the difficult situation, there are great investment opportunities
since valuations are very reasonable and the quality of the startup companies
have increased. In addition, VCs, even of tier one, are more willing to accept
side by side investment from angels. In fact, Silicom Ventures members have an
opportunity to co-invest with VCs in two companies, Instant 802 Networks and Rfwave. For more

section.
I am pleased to report that 95% out of Silicom Ventures
members renewed their membership for the next year. Together with new members
we are now 126 members strong!
