It
was our first time with you folks and frankly we were amazed at
the way it worked. I'm glad we came by and met with many interesting
individuals. I think the format is excellent and I'm sure I will
be back with my other ventures in the future. <March 2008)

"Regardless
of investing or not, I want to thank you for allowing me
to present at your events.
KollabNet is a different company than it was before my meetings with
you guys.
The feedback I received at the first meeting was so constructive that
it helped me convert
the company from a good company to a great one, with a clear exit
in the neat future.
I will keep you updated on our progress. Again thank you for the opportunity."

"We
are in communication with multiple parties re:deal opportunities.
We were very
excited to be selected to participate at the Silicom Ventures presentation
at KPMG. It was a
great crowd with great food and the audience was highly qualified.
The event has resulted
in communications with investors who have the knowledge and resources
to bring our start-
up to fruition." <January 2007>

"Thank
you Tal! I think it was one of the most enjoyable VC events I have
been to.
Having the booth was extra nice and I would have loved to speak
more than two minutes,
but it did generate conversation w/ 4 VC's". <December

"Please
allow me to thank you for inviting us to your event. During the last
two years, in the
process of raising funds, we have attended many angel meetings, and
also raised over $2M
from them. I must admit that the structure of your event and the quality
of the people we
meet with represent the best event we ever been at. The fact you allowed
us to mingle and
be around the potential investors makes a huge difference. The discussions
we had were
very productive".<September 2006> Ken

"We
were impressed by both the organization of the event and the caliber
of your
members. In the last 6 years, we have raised two rounds from individual
investors ($1.25M
and $2.75M). In the process, we’ve had the chance to interact
with almost all serious angel
groups in the valley. By far, this was our most positive experience
to date". <April 2006> Vladimir

"Being
a serial entrepreneur based in Israel, I presented at Silicom Ventures'
poster session
and was introduced to a vast network of US angel and VC investors.
I found the members'
technical knowledge and business acumen at the event and in the subsequent
follow-up
meetings very impressive. Silicom Ventures orchestrated an event where
even the smallest
details were taken care of, creating an environment that brought us
together with just
the caliber of investors we were seeking".<December 2005>

"Silicom
Ventures presentation and poster workshops have been one of the most
effective
ways for us to find both Angel and Venture Investors. We were very
impressed with the
number and enthusiasm of the investors present, the poster/workshop
and presentation
format, and the high level of professionalism of the organizers. I
thoroughly recommend
Silicom Ventures to new entrepreneurs and established companies alike".

"Thank
you very much for letting us participate in the Silicom Ventures poster
session,
for the second time, Again, it was a successful event for us. We received
feedback from more than 50 investors. They were interested in what
we offer and we
are arranging follow up meetings with them. Our biggest customer installation
is
the direct result of a VC meeting initiated at our first Silicom Ventures
poster session".

"We
would recommend Silicom Ventures to every startup that has a great
idea
and needs quick cash to support operations.
Not only Silicom Ventures was great in supporting E-Z-CAD financially,
but also
through network of very knowledgeable and well connected people,
through sound
advice on the technology and business side. In one word, it is about
making it or
breaking it. Silicom Ventures helped us to make our business".

"What
I got from Silicom Ventures was much more than just money. Not only
did
we receive funding that enabled us to spin out of EFI (Nasdaq:EFII)
but we also hired a
Silicom Ventures investor as a CTO. Further, other investors from
Silicom have proven
invaluable in helping guide our company with sound business advice,
industry contacts
and suggestions for new products". <April 2003>
