Luidia welcomed Mitsui Incubase Corp, the investment arm of Mitsui’s IT Business Group, as a new major investor in December 2005. Mitsui will be working with Luidia to promote the adoption of eBeam technology by major electronics companies.

In January, Luidia participated in the BETT Show in London. BETT is one of the largest educational technology shows in the world, with attendees and vendors from Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Two of Luidia’s OEM customers, NEC and 3M, used the show to launch new eBeam-enabled products for the education market.
