The ideal candidate should be:

- Veteran of the Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry

- Business development /Sales oriented

- Has done managerial positions for at least 15 years (preferably some of them as CEO but not a must)

- Both large companies and start up experience

- Willingness to travel to Israel when needed

- Experience working with the VC community

Second Position:

A pre-seed stage start-up that offers innovative data protection solutions (backup, recovery etc.) for the growing IP Storage market is looking for a third founder to join the two other founders (CTO, Chief Architect). The third founder will assume the CEO role to become the business-oriented leader of the company.

Job Responsibilities

· Build the business side of the company: Company pitch, Vision/Mission, Partnerships, Marketing strategy, and Business Development

· Recruit and lead the management team

· Manage the company, in all aspects, and lead it to success

Job Experience

· Previous experience as CEO (or equivalent – manager of large division etc.). Preferably with an IPO/M&A track record

· Intimate knowledge and connections in the Storage (or IT/system infrastructure) industry

· Business Development (channels, partnerships etc.) as a major strength

· Marketing (product packaging, positioning, “telling the story”) as a major strength

· Has worked and lived in the US (preferably still there)

· Israeli experience
