Ponte, a portfolio company of Silicom Ventures is reporting good progress. At the major industry conference, DAC-42 (Design Automation Conference), in June, it was ranked among the 6 top EDA companies to watch (the ranking by EE-Times, the premier industry magazine). Also at DAC, more than 500 people registered at Ponte's booth, many customer leads were generated and company management participated in two important panels on DFM. Customer acquisition is on target with several POs either obtained or at the last phase with major semiconductor industry players, and other benchmarks are proceeding on schedule. Ponte has a new web site(www.pontesolutions.com) and is looking forward to a good fourth quarter.
