Abstract: Today, the web is being re-built around people. Just like in the real world, our friends will make our online experiences better by making them more social and personalized. This creates a tremendous opportunity for companies to build and strengthen brands by connecting to people, inspiring action and, for the first time, delivering effective word-of-mouth marketing at scale. |
